About the Residence

The Limetree Residence combines the architecture of a fantastic masterpiece of the past with the dynamic architecture of today’s world. With our designers, we strived to take advantage of all the good features of the existing condominium to re-elevate it to the ranks of condominiums in the city center.

We are building a total of 18 apartments, each carefully designed to make the owner feel at home from the first moment. The apartments will be built on two new floors and all parts of the condominium will be completely renovated.

We plan to implement one of the outstanding projects in the area with this development. During the planning process, we made sure that the environmentally friendly construction methods, which are very important to all of us, come to the fore.

The new roof was designed to be green, planted with grass to bring fresh freshness to downtown. Our goal is for the current and future residents of the condominium to forget about the everyday life full of work when they return home in a renewed environment.

We create as many green surfaces as possible in the common yard, planting flowers and trees.

Hársfa street 18. is only a few minutes walk from Blaha Lujza tér. Easily accessible by car from Erzsébet krt.

According to the plans, we will operate a short-term Airbnb rental in each of the 18 new apartments. The apartments will have a reception, which will be located on the third floor of the building, that is, on the first level of the two and a half floors belonging to the newly built apartments.

The design of the reception will provide an opportunity for our staff to warmly welcome and guide guests. Its style and design will directly reflect the company’s sophisticated, comfortable and luxurious characteristics.
